This policy explains what Gate ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. We built this product around a simple principle: your memory and your conversations belong to you.
At this pre-launch stage we collect only: (1) your email address, if you join the waitlist or pre-order, and (2) payment information processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card details. When the product launches, we will also store the conversations and memory you choose to save.
We use your email to send you early-access and launch updates, and to deliver what you pre-ordered. We use your saved memory only to improve your own answers across models. We do not sell your data, and we do not mine your conversations for advertising.
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it permanently at any time. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
We rely on a small number of trusted processors — payments (Stripe), email/form handling, and hosting. Each processes data only to provide their service to us. The AI model providers you choose to use process the prompts you send to them under their own terms.
